~ Delegates must yield the floor when required to do so by the Chair

The Speaker will then ASK to “yield the floor” to the 1st Debater
The floor will be open for questions-Questioners ( members of the opposition) can then ask a question- they must raise their placard and the chair (Ms. Muench ) will call on them
The Speaker can respond to the question
The questioner (member of the opposition) can ask one more follow up question- Remember there is no dialogue between speaker (debater) and questioner.
